I am using 2024 Photoshop, and it crashed over and over at reading preferences. All other Adobe programs worked. I tried all your solutions, and the problem continued. Then I noticed that on a couple of crashes, the monitor flickered off, and an external drive dropped out. I looked at the task manager, and memory was maxed out with just a few small programs running. It had to be memory, so I reset the memory cache file in windows system and rebooted the computer. Problem solved. It was just a corrupted disk memory file.

I consider the whole stock market manipulated...I mean the whole "the chart is showing a bullish pattern"...what the hell does that mean? Reverse stock splits? That is simply a company confiscating something a stock investor purchased...what is the difference between AMC and GME? Nothing...GME could do a reverse split as well...I mean for all we know, stock movement up or down could just be some guy with a controller similar to an Etch-a-Sketch being told what stocks should go up, and what stocks should go down, and the controller guy makes the stocks move according to what he is told to make the ticker in a given stock to do. But let's just say for a moment that is absolutely absurd, and there is absolutely NO corruption happening within the stock market: AMC in hindsight was deceptive from the get go, and here is why I have that opinion...AMC stands for "American Multi Cinema"...but then come to find out that AMC was majority owned by WANDA, a company from China. Once the retail trading population bit the hook on it, instead of focusing on GME ONLY, it divided what the retail traders invested in. IMO, an investment is going long in a particular stock...shorting a stock ticker, regardless if it was naked shorting, or legit shorting, has a negative impact on a stock, and it impacts a stock's performance just like a bunch of people bailing or selling off their shares. WANDA, once the retail traders jumped on board AMC, WANDA almost completely bailed on almost all of their shares, causing that ticker to take a dive. Then Adam Aaron did the same thing, dumped a whole bunch of his shares onto the market, causing the ticker to take a fall...here is my take on all of that: if corruption is happening within the market, then no ticker is safe from having at least some level of that corruption happening within it...and it is robbing the general public of what they should be getting on their investments into the market, because, if you use an IRA account to "invest", or make your own stock investment decisions on a particular stock, you CANNOT short a stock; you can only invest in a position where you realize profit from a stock going up, not going down. So even if a stock ticker is suppressed from upward movement because of short selling, it puts money into the pockets of short sellers right out of the pockets of IRA investors and into theirs. IMO, I see short selling as milking the IRA holding general public's bottom line of what it would be if short selling was not a "thing". Here are some things I found online in regard to "short selling" and "naked short selling": "Shorting of the Dutch East India Company led to the first ban of the practice. In the 18th Century, Great Britain banned naked short selling, which occurs when the shares shorted aren't borrowed first by the short seller. In France, Napoleon Bonaparte outlawed short selling in 1801 as an affront to the French nation." "Countries like Spain, Italy, France, South Korea, and Greece enacted such measures to curb market declines and maintain financial stability during the health crisis."
